My main point again is that by design these certificates are meant to be used in slower seasons. The best redemptions are July to September and later in the year.

I know your point. I'm pointing out that it's wrong. Spring break is peak time in a lot of places because the weather is good and kids have time off school.

So much for having to plan travel around kids school schedules I guess.
I live in the Midwest, the weather is terrible during Spring Break tons of snow and icy roads. Also, it makes flights to Hawaii much, much longer.

I lived in SoCal for decades their weather is basically same from September to May, with June to August being very hot. With LA being a major travel destination I just checked my kid’s Spring Break dates and they’re a mix of Off Peak and Standard, 0 Peak Days during Spring Break. Ours is the first week of April.

We’d generally go to SoCal or Dallas for Spring Break no great uses at either for a family traveling or even a couple’s getaway.

If you have some thoughts on travel plans for us I’m happy to hear them. Seeing as I couldn’t really find any great redemptions worth traveling for during Spring Break I booked Vegas.

Due to past play they gave me -

A large suite with 2 Queen Beds for 4 nights comped, which the price shown was $1,2,00
$400 F&B Credit
$400 Free Slot Play
Waived Resort Fees (This matters because I lose my MGM Gold status at the end of January)

Not sure how I’ve gamed enough to earn all this, yet not enough to keep Gold Status. But that’s basically the plans for Spring Break at this point since it’s kind of a “last hurrah” as I don’t really gamble anywhere near what I did previously meaning my comps will be dropping dramatically (already have based on checking future offers for later 2024).
