The lady told me that they have a new procedure and to benefit about the pre-boarding , I have to be at gate 10mn before the official boarding time indicated on the boarding card .

A non sense for me as you need to leave the lounge 15mn before the official boarding time , which is usually the entire time I allow me for my lounge stay
OK, that confirms my experience. Nothing news. If you want to pre-board, you have to be at the gate before boarding starts. Which means you have to leave the lounge before the flights shows up as boarding, and then hope that boarding starts on time, otherwise you may just waste time in the gate area.

Next time they offer this I'll ask them how exactly their "new" procedure is supposed to work, and if they repeat what you and I have experienced I think I'll just lay out to them how non-sensical their process is, and that there is nothing news about it, and I'll suggest that they put in place something where the boarding gate calls the lounge just a few minutes before boarding. I don't need escort as the pre-boarding request at the gate work well - no "authority of uniform" required to bypass the crowd. What I need is some reliable information on when boarding really starts. Once it shows on the screen it's too late already.

I am just not sure they understand how things work from a passenger point of view.
