Just watch out when you book. I booked my usual honor discount rate but it turned out the rate was actually prepaid, non changeable, non refundable. (Actually all the rates they loaded on my date are all prepaid)
I know I should be more careful. Called Hilton few mins after I booked but I was told they could not do anything about it. I guess it is CAD300 lesson learned.
