I booked using a ticket using all e-credit + 17 cents and cancelled after 24 hours - no change and I booked another ticket using all e-credit + 17 cents and cancelled before 24 hours....no change. Can you clarify if you booked main or main refundable? I did the main refundable both times. Thanks!

I think the trick is waiting.
First time I did it I cancelled at the 36 hour mark. No reset.
This time waited until the 50 hour mark.
I also did it on the website.
When cancelling it told me before I completed I would have an Ecredit with a 12/31/2024 expiration.
