Any more recent stays ?

The tripadvisor reviews (both in English AND Italian) from April 2023, all the way to November 2023 are quite a mixed bag.
Despite being newly built and already open for almost a year now, it seems this hotel can't seem to ever fix ongoing problems with poor service levels, badly functioning heating/air conditioning, complicated in room lighting systems, slow or faulty elevators, and cancelling people's reservations for no reason. A shame.
