The endorsement messages there are quite normal given the story. There is usually a "nonref" (not refundable) message on almost all tickets (including some refundable ones!). For the remaining sector that still seems to be live, I would call up to query the status, it would do no harm, but it you are able to OLCI then that would be good enough for me to say the coupon is still active and working. Even if you have 2 sectors on the same flight, only one can be used by a single passenger, you can't go through the gate twice, as it were, FLY will block that.
