I am flying in to KL from Hanoi 0n 10th January using Air Asia (Terminal 2) and going straight to Terminal 1 (KLIA1) to fly to London with Emirates,so will have to go though immigration, the new online form has no allowance for this and cant be filled in in such a situation.
I travel through KL a lot and thought the new regulations allowing some foreign passport holders like myself to use the autogate (e-gate) system facilities would speed things up as clearing immigration at busy times can take some time but if I have problems with not being able to fill in the digital landing card i probably wont be able to use the e-gates
