While we have worn BA F pj's in CW (the newer ones not the ones with 'first' embroidered in), my personal preference is Qatar business pyjamas (world cup edition) which have short sleeves.

I'm not the only one who likes them, they fetched a good price on ebay for extra sets I didn't need just before the world Cup.
