Interesting. I just checked my ticket for next week & it indeed says 60 minutes. But it seems like they still follow the 45 minute rule at the airport. I usually don't check bags for a domestic flight but did so earlier this month. There was definitely under an hour left for my flights by the time I got to the airport both in DEL & BOM.
