I’m curious what people do in these situations on AI Today. I have some travel coming up on that route and if I have to deal with a non reclining seat on one of the VT-AE* planes for 15 hours I might as well fly another carrier
On the outbound he assumed since its a day flight and the lights are not being dimmed so he did not ask. On the inbound, he did ask the crew. Their response was we are unable to turn off the lights, we will try to dim them but please use your eye mask. Also they said we are noting down a list of complaints that we will forward to the engineering team.
