When I passed a paltry 1MM level
I told the SD as she was taking dinner orders as I was in J- that the YYC to YYZ leg would take me over the threshold ( was inspired by some posts on this thread )
Result- Nada- nothing - not sure she even registered what I was telling her

All is good with me, am no diva, but it shows the overall inconsistency in many phases of the AC experience ...... don't get me started on the free bevy/snack for SE too
