This is really interesting & definitely a smart move! In the past I was a loyal Miles&More user and flying Eurowings (back then still Germanwings) was attractive just because of the ability to use my FF benefits.
If these upgrades are implemented at Transavia, it would definitely make me stay loyal to the AF/KL family on leisure flights as well.
However, the presentation mainly speaks about the ORY-operation (where TO is replacing AF), so I hope that this would also apply to HV.
In my case that would allow me to fly in'n'out of RTM more frequently...
