Yes, but usually it involves completely different seating configurations and various compromises, like feet in a cubby. In this case it's the same 2-3-2 with seemingly the same pitch (angled flats are 60" I believe?) and lavatory/galley placements, yet in one version they can get the seats to go fully flat and the other they can't. And no other airline has done this. :shrug:
