It may be a Marriott, but I quite like the Prince de Galles. It’s luxury, but especially being next door to the George C it feels somewhat understated compared to some of the grotesque and/ or twee that a lot of the Paris Palace hotels.

If you have Bonvoy SNA’s, some of the Makkasar Suites are truly spectacular - I once had one which had 1/2 the rooftop of the hotel as a terrace.
