My friend flew DEL-SFO-DEL on the new ex-DL aircraft in premium economy. Both sectors were on the same plane VT-AEF. During the outbound on 28th Nov, a socket was not working on the first row and neither were the lights dimmed. On the way back on 9th Dec too, the same problems existed. It is extremely strange that AI is unable to figure out how to turn off lights on a flights that are in the air for more than 16 hours.
