The thing is they can see all the declines from their end. They know exactly what needs to be done (“the exemption”), they said they put it in. Wait an hour to use the card again. I wait 7 days+ to use it again. Nope, still declining. Not sure if the examption only last for certain time. I only MS 3 days out of the month so it’s kind of hard to try again the next day. Maybe that’s why.
