Cauliflower cream with Romanesco florets - superb (5/5)

Surf and turf of poached lobster and veal fillet preserved lemon and tomato dressing (3/5) - description did not match the actual thing, slightly bland (there was no tomato dressing)

Roast rack of lamb with rosemary herb crust (4/5) - slightly on the dry side.


Passion fruit panna cotta - 5/5 Excellent!
