Just finished up a 4 night stay here for work, since staying on the good side of my accounting team chased me from Manhattan given the crazy holiday rates in the city. Fortunately my office is a short walk from the 23rd St. PATH stop, so not a big deal. Also I was able to apply a SUA for the week to an Ellis Suite, which is really what swayed me over vs. the Hilton shoebox I had booked. My gf would be working from home for the week, so I wanted the extra space.

I get where the "tired" comments come from, some of the nightstands and other fit and finish could use some refurbishment but I was overall very happy with the stay. The breakfast was great - full buffet with made to order eggs/omelettes, on request, which were delicious. Being a one minute walk to the PATH station was super convenient, and found some good dinner spots in JC. There is also a Whole Foods that just opened in the last month or so that's only a couple blocks away. I took the recommendation up thread for Razza and it was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again if the rates are more in line with where I need them to be if my NYC Hyatt properties aren't.
