Several recent experiences on CPU (2 class domestic) flights make me think the following is true,

GS CPU > GS instrument sponsored non-GS

Am I correct?

Also, I forgot what is the priority of
“GS Y to J with GS instruments” vs. “Non-GS R to J with GS instruments”？
