Just returned from a 2 night points stay here, no upgrade but we were not in the room much anyway. There was zero recognition, I asked for a 2pm checkout and got 12pm which ended up being fine.
The outdoor bathroom ended up being a bit of a pain as it needs to be locked from the inside, and overnight bathroom visits caused mosquito bites where they had no right to be
Restaurant was good we had dinner both nights and 1 breakfast.
The biggest problem i had was the day pass Cruise guests, they were drunk, and rude, walking round screaming on facetime and dropping cigarette butts everywhere. I get why they sell day passes as the resort was empty during the day. If visiting Grenada I would do another night or 2 here but it is off on its own away from the main beach and its about $60 ECD to St Georges in a cab
