To celebrate my birthday I've requested a dinner reservation at the Saffron restaurant two days ago and i still haven't heard back . I was told that the other mayakoba hotels are prioritizing their guests but this was not the case before, you'd make a reservation and hear back right away.
Has anyone emailed the general manager? i've looked up his email around and have not find it.
Lol - our room key had a hole in it too and that was already a month and a half ago or so. The hot tubs at the lagoon pool also were broken and cold. Crazy they haven't made the repairs yet. I guess things are going downhill since Pascal left. We didn't really have any issues with staffing/service, though we're pretty low maintenance and don't ask them to do much for us anyways.
