Thanks HadesNL - the RM is still the same who has been there for last 1-2 years. Ex IC Jakarta Pondok Indah Executive Chef, bit of an odd appointment back then in my book and I wasn't blown away by his leadership personally, but to be fair he had / has to put up with not easy and very meddling owners so I guess kudos for that. If he could deal with the owner (especially the ibu) of IC Pondok Indah then double kudos .

As far as the new GM goes, from mumblings that I have heard in certain hospitality management circles, he is a very seasoned operator and that should help get IC Bali Jimbaran back to where it can be, fingers crossed.
