The heads up on the bikes is great thanks! Was hoping they might have something like that- we'll see if we can reserve them ahead of time.
Currently there's a buy 2 nights get one free promo and it was also available via amex travel. Booked 3 nights including tax for $360 and get the $100 property credit and an upgrade. They also already sent another email out with a discount on some local tours, though not sure if we will do or not. Will keep our fingers crossed for secret password gift too.
If anyone else has stayed here would love to hear your thoughts!
I've stayed twice, and overall have had a good, though not great, experience. Hotel is fairly new, with nice finishes and decoration, but for some reason, I always find the elevators to take a while, and the lines at the coffee shop in the morning to be long. This may be a function of the building having been built years ago, so there is only so much that can be done with certain logistics. I also find the staff at night to not be that helpful (though oddly, the daytime staff, really good). That said, I think the restaurant and bar are pretty good, and the location optimal - walking distance to FQ, but not too close so its crowded/loud, walking distance to some great restaurants, etc.
And while I have not stayed at the Indigo, its location next to Canal street is one reason I wouldn't do it. It's just too busy for me (and yes, I realize I sound like my parents!).
