It's very outdated but I was able to get the airport Pullman?? (or is it sofitel??) with Elite+ (cannot remember if I was flying biz or economy). Otherwise it would have been a further away hotel requiring some transportation. There was a desk somewhere for the hotel and it depends on availability, but this was many years ago. I remember buying a pair of swimming trunks to go swimming and then finding out why nobody else was in the pool on that cool January day...

I certainly have noted the airside has changed although I don't know about the landside, so take it with a pinch of salt.
