AAviator Red Card. Called around Dec. 8 just before my statement was due to be paid. Put less than $500 on the card.. I specifically asked if there were any spending offers or some retention incentives in that order. Indicated I was trying to manage the various fees I was paying. Rep was very nice. Said she didn't see anything, but put me on hold to see if she could get me any bonus miles. Came back and said that department offered 500 or 1000 miles ( I forget) but she pushed them to 2500. I accepted. Got a confirmation letter in today's mail. Just looked at my statement and my AA account - both show that I got 5000 miles deposited. So, until next year....
