Thanks for the honest feedback. Please reply to any support emails that you felt were inadequately handled, and ask for me and reference your username here, so I can tie things together. If those threads do not already have specific detail that explain "bugs that make the app completely unusable for certain trips" please add that too.

As I have said above, I agree we have work to do with some Europeans carriers – the closed Eurocontrol data, and sheer quantity of carriers, and non-uniform information takes much longer to improve.

On behalf of support, I'll see specifically when you reply, but in general we can't always give you a full-blown satisfactory reason and resolution for each issue, since we don't control the airline/airports data, sometimes it's not in our control and we can only say as much as we can.

Regardless, I apologize, and once I see the email threads I can better coach support and make sure the specific issue is known.

Hi, please see the reply directly above this, and regardless I also apologize.

We agree FR24 is exceptional at European tails. But to be fair – they don't have cancellation, delay, or gate alerts. Or following friends, calendar sync, email import, real flight plans, looking up flights in advance, or offline mode.

Ack! We added a TON of stats in the last update and we must have inadvertently affected this. I can likely have it fixed for you within a few days. Thanks for calling it out! You can change the widget to Lifetime Hours or similar as a workaround for now, those work.
