May I ask, is there change in terms of GGL flexibiity ? In the past, i was able to change even 1 mins change in schedule, I can opt for a better flight time as long as it's within 2 days. Just now I called, the agent told me the scheduled change has to happend within 72 hours from the scheduled time in order to get the exception, which I never heard.The agent said she consulted with supervisor, confirmed, that was the case. iIf this is true, basically the GGL exception is not much help anymore.
