Hi,
So not really frequent flyer here but I'm a Star Alliance Gold member and fly from time to time Lufthansa and Swiss. Recently I have received mails that I need to migrate my account. I follow the process, and the last step is consist of a confirmation email. I get the email but it looks like garbage and I cant click on any link. I'm using Outlook for Mac. Contacting Lufthansa does not work, contacting Swiss does not work.

Now I cannot longer login to my FF and I'm thinking why the beer country hate me. Have anyone experienced anything similar?

I get all the rest of Lufthansa's spam perfectly fine, but any email regards to merge my account, reset my password or things like that fails.
