I'm still a little confused by how the XP rollover/reset works. I reached Silver status in November 2022. 100XP where deducted and 20XP rolled over into the new qualification period. All good.
Other the year I tried to work my way up to the renewal and reached 68 XP in total. Coming November 2023, I knew my status would drop to Explorer... but I assumed the 68 XP in my account would rollover so that I could reach Silver again in Jan thanks to a return flight I've already booked.

The counter instead reset to 0, and have no rollover.

Is this correct?
