I see many of your points, but generally disagree. I mean, how long are we supposed to wait to be offered benefits? 5 minutes? 5 hours? Overnight? Isn't the point of the guarantees to ensure a certain level of service? If the guest is not made aware of those services, then are they being "offered?" I get that a lot of this is semantics and different interpretation of T&C. So, serious question, is the onus on the guest to ask for these services?
