Cautionary note - make sure you have no batteries in your check in as otherwise you may be presented with your baggage in CAN and told to get them out…as I was (with Lego robotic sets)…resulting in a missed connection.
Have you considered Saudia - they can have cheap biz fares also.
Batteries inside devices (e.g. phone, laptop, tablet) are completely fine to place in checked luggage throughout China. But, powerbanks and naked batteries need to be carried on.
