Recently flew this route with T class fare, did not bother trying pluspoints. Ranked 18th on the upgrade list! Alright, that actually doesn't directly mean anything re: this change. But then onboard, none cleared, and F mostly filled with preboarders too.

​​​​​​​As suggested above, I think write in and complain after if no meal is best approach. Keep a screenshot of that itinerary showing 'lunch'.
