Can somone please explain me what happenes in the following senario, will brg be granted ?

Marriott app is showing only "Member Flexible Rate with Breakfast"

3rd Party website is showing a lower rate without breakfast

will it be compared or agrued saying rate without breakast not available on marriott.com
