In a nutshell, hotel costs yes (try to stay at around £200), reasonable food expenses, transportation to the airport; laundry service if you run out of clothing, etc.

Potentially also EU261 but someone with insight on canx reason will let you know more.

Only other info to add is that the reason for the cancellation is due to flight crew shortages. Code FCRY which means you are entitled to flight cancellation compensation in addition to duty of care elements.
