Then you do a debit draw for $500 or somewhat less, not a credit draw as 99% of regular WM customers would do for that large an amount of money.

Well, you can't use USB visas online without registering the card. You don't have to register the card to get the exception. I register mine if I cannot drain it the same day. I had 4 cards hacked. It is easier to get your cards replaced. The phone call is between you and USB's CSR. Most of the people at Walmart have car payments, etc. $500 and up. Why would a $500 dollar money order draw suspicion? Many of them don't have bank accounts, so, they purchase MOs to pay their bills. The real debit cards they use can also be tracked back to them. Too many fish in that money center ocean to find you.
