I hope all is well.

Me and my cousin are both SkyTeam Elite Plus members (I have FB Gold, he has Delta Gold Medallion). We are both travelling to LHR from FLL via JFK in Premium Select. Upon checking in online, our bag allowance states 2x23kgs (50lbs). However, as SkyTeam Elite Plus members, I believe we are entitled to one extra check in baggage each.

When we tried Delta’s baggage calculator fee estimate, it says that our 3rd check in bag will be $262.00.

I am confused with the inconsistency in here. Is this an error on Delta’s website?
