Are you Star Gold? Since you're connecting on Iberia, you could goto another star alliance lounge (inside) and take a shower there.
Iberia is not in star alliance so OP would not have access to star alliance lounges based on arrival. OP could as a Polaris passenger get into the LHR United club independent of connecting to non-star alliance (based on reports in this thread) but since Iberia doesn't use terminal 2 there would be no way to access it.
