I met my minimum spend last week for my Amex Biz Gold when I paid my state taxes. Now I know it isn't a lot of time since, but in my experience Amex SUB posts the next day after spend posts. I don't even see the line item in my "Points Summary" that shows how many regular points I'd earn from that spend.

Now I wonder if they don't count taxes as part of the minimum spend, or if it's just delayed posting of points that we sometimes see Amex encounters at end of year. If state taxes do not count towards minimum spend, I need to put spend on it pronto before moving on to my next SUB.

Ugh Amex LOL.
Most recent MR spending bonus (a week ago) posted 9 days after the purchase which pushed me "over the top". Definitely longer than usual Amex practice for MR bonuses- in my experience usually 2 or 3 days.

Interestingly, a bonus on a Delta card posted just 2 days after the "over the top" purchase was made.
