Just had a day stay here.

I notice comments above about a Hilton Hub. No mention was made of it.

There is a sign in reception saying that you can hire a robe and slipper set for £5 or buy them for £40 (I think).

Was invited to breakfast, which was nice.

I popped out during the day in the meantime my card expired at midday and the room was serviced. I guess they are not used to day guests.

Was upgraded to the Manor House, but disliked the room as I fell down the steps upon waking into the room - the steps are about 4 or 5 feet from the door! In fact when exiting the room it is impossible to stand on the same level as the door - you must step backwards down a step otherwise the door would hit you 😂

Was informed that the leisure charge of £5 per adult will be free for Diamonds plus one guest.

So good news there.

Nice staff - but sad I wasn't told about the Hilton Hub, unless it has been removed.
