The database uses the base miles/points credited. You are including the class of service bonus for Business class and that’s why the amount is higher in your example.
I understand the tool, and how base miles and class of service bonus are awarded. This is why I posted the breakdown that shows the base miles as well. Seems someone has updated the tool since I posted, as the tool was reporting the DEL-YYZ segment as 10845 yesterday with a J class ticket, and now correctly showing 10833.
