Is it still default that a 14 hour layover (BRU) will not have bags checked thru, or is this going to be a fight with the checkin person?
I need my bag during the day.

Edit: So it was a fight. Apparently outstations have no power to shortcheck bags anymore on 14hr connections. They had to call someone to unlock the feature.
