Hi,
My first time flying ITA (after >5 years of not flying with former AZ).

Crew: on both segments, nothing to shout about. No smiles and after service, both crew felt fine to just hide and chit-chat or even just sit at their seats where everyone can see them through the see through at row1.

Food:
CAI-FCO - not too bad. Although when I asked what the 2 options were, they were not able to explain it correctly (or did not bother). It was pasta or beef. Which you can see from my photo, the beef was actually a mixed grill - with potatoes at the side. Not sure what the pasta was with (she hinted it was with chicken?)
As usual drinks were all served in plastic cups.

Mixed grill - tasted well. Asked for red wine, was not shown nor informed if there was any choices. Just served in a plastic cup and that's it.

FCO-AMS: Morning flight, meal was ok with the omlette tasting good. Asked for the Prosecco.


Breakfast - no options.

Truthfully - it just feels like putting lipstick on a pig. Attitude of the workforce seems to be the same - ground and in the air. (I know that their long haul crew are slightly better).
