Today's short notice cancellations from LHR:
BA117 JFK
BA185 EWR
BA894 KEF

So 320 BA scheduled departures from LHR today.

And there were some late, late cancels on Wednesday
BA738 GVA = APRN
BA736 GVA = APRN (amd LX was doing the same so I presume there's a weather issue over there)
BA269 LAX = TECY - more details above.

ATC report from this morning:

Landing RWY: 27L
Airborne holding (mins): 15
Departure RWY: 27R
TSAT delay average (mins): 0

Network: Low delays for Europe, LIPZ in fog and EHAM has capacity regulations in place, all less than 20 minutes delay

Weather: Low risk VIS2 1300-1800, Medium-High risk VIS2 and Medium-Low risk LVP's between 1800-midnight, expect a regulation but times to be confirmed.
