If you take a look at the LATAM page on Virgin Atlantic's website, you'll see that the only routes listed on the award chart are:

1. North America <--> Chile / Brazil
2. UK <--> Brazil
3. Rest of World <--> Chile / Brazil

This does contradict a distance-baed chart listed above.

But even when LATAM was a member of Oneworld, it was still a bit hit-and-miss about whether the Colombia, Peru, etc. subsidiaries were included. Only the "mainline" Chile and Brazil (post-merger) were guaranteed.
