I fly this route two-three times per year. Last time we were switched to the 1-2-1 Hainan plane. It is indeed similar to the SAS seats. Much better than standard LH business, especially if traveling alone or in odd numbers. Downside is there are no overhead bins running down the middle, so those two seated in the middle have to find space above the window seats. This wasn't a huge problem for our flight, even though every seat was filled. Odd numbered window seats provide the best privacy.
