No shows do not earn points on a stay at many franchises, even if you pre-pay. The third-party T&C's may control.
Does the fact that Southwest (or maybe it's actually Booking.com) facilitates the booking and the points in question are Southwest points, as opposed to the hotel's member rewards program points, change the analysis any?
