Received the Birthday Perk email again this year with same 5 choices as per Wiki.

Same as last year... going to choose the 500 points with Aeroplan e-Store purchase.
In contrast... KLM sent me a $70 credit... and I haven't flown with them for 5 years...
and Air France sent me a $73 credit.
