If this were a problem, you'd think there'd be outbreaks, particularly among the crewmembers who drink airplane coffee regularly. I've never heard of one.
This. I see the crew drinking coffee all the time. If this were a big issue, coffee-drinking FAs getting sick while non-coffee-drinking ones didn't, they'd figure it out fast and it would be a big story.
