Hahaha. I can tell you stay the Best Westerns because you said processed Sysco food. I always ask for hard-boiled eggs myself if not only to eat the whites of the egg for health reasons.I have been staying with them since 1998 and lifetime diamond. Since they are independently owned it all depends on where you stay and some I will never stay at again and others I will always go to.I found the secret is to stay at the same place as much as possible because they get to know you. Also always try and reach out when I book and a day in advance for a free upgrade and also call the day of arrival for free upgrade before I get there. Free upgrades used to be easy to come by unless they were full but since covid has been very sparse.By the way, in the US, they're free rewards night points are basically 50% until February 4. A 20,000 point night is currently available for $10,000 and also similar scale for nicer rooms.
