I filled a claim for the absolute debacle on the 7th, so will keep you up to speed if I get a response.
The delays in the morning were weather related but I don't think this should excuse my evening flight from being 3 hours late and missing my correspondance. I am sure KL will think differently. There is jurisprudence going both ways.
Wonder if their inability to rebook me at all, actually asking me to take a train, will have any further impact on the case.
